The fanatix Team are delighted to announce the release of the new fanatix mobile App.

As biased as we may be at fanatix HQ, we are certain the new version is going to blow any devoted sports fan away.

So, what’s new?

We’ve worked our socks off to make fanatix even easier to use and more fun. Let us take you through some of the key new features:

Swipe to Check In - use the new gesture based swipe check in to unlock stats, start conversations and earn points

Check In Points - check in and EARN POINTS! Earn BONUS POINTS when a friend checks in to the same game. Each event now also has an Invite Friends button to post to your chosen friends’ Facebook wall; invite more friends, GET MORE POINTS when they check in! We have a LIVE check-in count on all event pages, so you can keep tally of how many points each event is giving you!

Brand New Leaderboard - Rack up your points, compare yourself against your friends and other fanatix. Plus, we all know what POINTS make? That’s right, PRIZES! fanatix will be offering “money can’t buy” prizes, such as dream tickets to top sports events for leaderboard leaders. Anyway, we will tell you more about that later.

Find Content. Faster - access everything from a single screen. Simply swipe the new menu button to view the menu. You’ll see we’ve added a “My check ins” section that shows you in one place all of the upcoming events that you have checked in to.

All of these great new features, as well as all the old favourites such as live scores, stats, event-related Tweets and the fanatix group messenger.

Also, we’ve added a short tutorial to guide you through the new features. Remember: you can always re-run from the settings page (Settings is at the bottom of the main menu!) if you’re not sure about anything.
